About Bunbury Bel Canto Singers

The Bunbury Bel Canto Singers is a non-auditioned mixed choir formed in 1998. We have a membership of around 35-40 people who just love to sing and enjoy themselves. We rehearse every Tuesday evening from 7.30 till 9.30 and always welcome new members who like to sing.

Led by our Musical Director, Roy Hansen, the choir presents a varied repertoire of material from pops to popular classics that ensure audience enjoyment. We organise and present annual concerts for community programs and charities as well as events such as Christmas carolling at Bunbury shopping centres. The choir has performed at the Mayor's Garden Party and other civic events in our region.

The Bel Canto Singers aim to present good quality music and promote the joy of choral singing.
